𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 The Founder's Office is a highly selective, full-time role designed for high-potential individuals who aspire to build, operate, and scale a global deep-tech company. Working directly with the founders and leadership team, you will take ownership of Bellatrix's highest-priority strategic and operational initiatives, driving projects from ambiguity to execution. Unlike traditional roles, you will gain exposure across multiple business functions including Strategy, Business Development, Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Supply Chain developing a holistic understanding of how a world-class aerospace company is built and scaled. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 • Work directly with the founders on the company's highest-priority strategic and operational initiatives. • Own ambiguous, cross-functional problem statements from definition to implementation. • Apply first-principles thinking to solve complex business challenges. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, decision-making, organizational effectiveness, and business processes. 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 • Collaborate closely with leaders across different business functions. • Understand business objectives, operational challenges, and long-term strategic priorities. • Build a comprehensive understanding of engineering, manufacturing, finance, operations, commercial functions, and people teams. • Contribute meaningfully across multiple departments while developing strong business acumen. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 • Lead high-impact strategic projects from planning through execution. • Ensure timely delivery and measurable business outcomes. • Drive day-to-day execution by coordinating pending deliverables across engineering, sales, HR, finance, and operations. • Align stakeholders, remove execution bottlenecks, and maintain project momentum. • Develop repeatable frameworks, operating mechanisms, and scalable processes. • Track project progress using data-driven metrics and continuously improve execution. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 • Partner with founders, leadership teams, and functional heads to drive organizational alignment. • Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority through collaboration and relationship building. • Present structured recommendations, insights, and progress updates to senior leadership. • Effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on organizational goals. 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 • 6-10 years of professional experience in consulting, startups, venture capital, technology, product management, or other fast-paced problem-solving environments. • Experience demonstrating leadership through academic projects, internships, entrepreneurial ventures, research, or extracurricular activities is an added advantage. 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 • Strong first-principles thinking and structured problem-solving ability. • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. • Ability to thrive in highly ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments. • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn across multiple business functions. • Effective project management and execution capabilities. • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to present ideas and recommendations clearly to senior leadership. • Process improvement mindset with a focus on building scalable systems and frameworks.
