**Key Responsibilities:** - Greet and assist visitors professionally & answer and route phone calls and email. - Act as the wellness POC for premium clients in collaboration with doctors to help clients understand their health status in simple terms. - Liaise with pathologists, radiologists, and physician to ensure integrated communication and consistency in advice given to clients. - Coordinate with the centre team to ensure clients receive timely reports, follow-up appointments, and post-consultation support. - Deliver a high-touch, premium service experience in line with luxury wellness standards. - Ensure every interaction with the client is warm, informative, and solution-oriented. **Interested candidates can drop their resume at neha.yadav1@lalpathlabs.com**
