The OPD Billing Executive is responsible for accurate and timely billing of outpatient services, ensuring a smooth patient registration and payment process. The role involves handling patient billing, cash collection, insurance verification, maintaining billing records, and coordinating with clinical and administrative departments to ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures. Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Registration & Billing - Register patients in the Hospital Information System (HIS). - Generate OPD consultation, diagnostic, and procedure bills accurately. - Verify patient details before billing. - Ensure correct tariff application as per approved hospital pricing.
