Role & responsibilities Must-Have\\\\ (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) Backend Development Technologies • Java 8/11/17 • Spring Boot & Spring Framework • Microservices Architecture • RESTful API Development • Hibernate / JPA Frontend Development Technologies • React.js Development • JavaScript (ES6+) & TypeScript • HTML5, CSS3 • Redux / Context API • Responsive Web Design Cloud & DevOps Technologies • AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch) • CI/CD Pipelines • Docker & Containerization • Git Version Control • Azure DevOps / Jenkins Required Qualifications • 5-8 years of experience in full-stack application development. • Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. • Minimum 3+ years of experience in React.js development and modern frontend frameworks. • Experience building scalable REST APIs and enterprise web applications. • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development. • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and deployment automation. • Strong understanding of software design patterns, security practices, and performance optimization. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Good-to-Have • Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration. • Knowledge of Serverless Architecture using AWS Lambda. • Experience with GraphQL. • Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven architectures. • AWS Certification (Developer, Solutions Architect, or equivalent). • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). • Exposure to monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or ELK Stack. • Knowledge of security frameworks and OWASP standards.
