Job Description: Python Full stack Developer (Python + React) Position Title: Python Fullstack Developer Location: Bangalore, India Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Python Fullstack Developer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services using Python, along with building responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React. This role requires a strong understanding of both backend and frontend technologies, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Backend Development • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security • Implement integration with third-party systems and APIs • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code • Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure code quality Frontend Development • Develop dynamic, responsive user interfaces using React.js • Translate UI/UX designs into functional and reusable code components • Integrate frontend components with backend APIs • Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design Collaboration & Delivery • Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions • Maintain technical documentation and adhere to coding standards • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems Required Qualifications Technical Skills • Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI) • Hands-on experience in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+) • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and frontend frameworks/libraries • Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs • Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git Additional Skills • Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth) • Understanding of state management tools (Redux/Context API) • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Exposure to containerization tools such as Docker is preferred • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is an advantage Experience • Minimum 512 years of relevant experience in fullstack development Educational Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Preferred Attributes • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Understanding of microservices architecture • Knowledge of testing frameworks such as PyTest, Jest • Familiarity with TypeScript or Next.js is an added advantage Soft Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Technology Stack (Indicative) • Backend: Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask) • Frontend: React.js • Database: PostgreSQL / MongoDB • Tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD • Cloud: Azure / AWSRole & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
