About the role We are building an Execution Studio to bring our mobile games to life. Working from concepts and art direction set by our in-house team, you will create the visual language and 2D assets that define how our games look and feel. This is a hands-on 2D production role for a skilled illustrator and game artist — focused on producing polished, game-ready art at pace, not on game or systems design. What you'll do • Create 2D game art and assets: icons, backgrounds, illustrations, characters, card designs, and visual themes • Design store art, promotional creatives, event and seasonal assets, and marketing visuals • Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across screens and titles, in line with the studio's art direction • Deliver production-ready asset packs with clean, well-organised PSD/AI source files • Partner with UI designers, motion designers, and developers to ensure assets are game-ready and implemented as intended • Iterate efficiently against art-direction feedback while maintaining quality and consistency What you'll bring • 4–7 years of experience as a 2D game artist / illustrator, with a strong portfolio of 2D mobile game art (ArtStation/Behance) • Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator • Proven 2D illustration and asset-creation craft — characters, backgrounds, icons, and thematic art • Comfort working within a defined art direction and delivering at production pace • Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows (e.g. Midjourney) for ideation and speed Strong pluses • Experience creating art for RMG, casino, or slot games • Unity knowledge and hands-on execution — a significant advantage for this role • Understanding of preparing and optimising assets for game engines Important This is a 2D art and illustration role. A portfolio demonstrating 2D mobile game art is the primary basis for shortlisting — please share a link. Candidates whose focus is primarily 3D modelling/environment art, or game/systems design, are unlikely to be a fit for this specific role.
