Job Title: Gen AI Python Architect Key Skills: Python, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, Azure OpenAI/AWS Bedrock/Vertex AI, Machine Learning Experience: 10+ Years Location: Greater Noida We at Coforge are seeking a Gen AI Python Architect with the following skill set: Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI and AI/ML solutions . • Lead the development of AI systems leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and cloud-native AI services. • Drive end-to-end ownership of AI/ML solutions from data preparation and model training to deployment and production support. • Build, customize, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models using Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and other GenAI platforms. • Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering strategies. • Perform data collection, data mining, preprocessing, and analysis of structured and unstructured datasets. • Develop scalable AI architectures leveraging cloud services, MLOps practices, and distributed computing frameworks. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to translate business problems into AI-powered solutions. • Establish best practices around AI model governance, security, performance optimization, evaluation, and observability. • Mentor development teams on AI/ML technologies, modern Python practices, and Generative AI implementation patterns. Generative AI & Large Language Models • Hands-on expertise with Large Language Models including GPT-4, GPT-3.5, BERT, LSTM, Transformers, and related architectures. • Experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, model evaluation, reasoning methodologies, and Chain of Thought (CoT) implementations. • Strong experience with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, content generation, and conversational AI systems. • Experience implementing Agentic AI and multi-agent frameworks for complex enterprise use cases. • Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, and related GenAI services. Machine Learning & Data Science • Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Predictive Analytics. • Experience applying machine learning algorithms on large-scale datasets. • Strong understanding of text and content representation techniques such as n-grams, bag of words, sentiment analysis, document embeddings, and topic modeling. • Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models in production environments. Cloud & AI Platforms • Strong experience with Azure Cognitive Services including Vision, Speech, Language, Search, and Decision Services. • Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning and cloud-native AI platforms. • Experience with AWS and GCP AI/ML services is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, scalability, security, and deployment best practices for AI solutions. Programming & Data Engineering • Strong proficiency in Python programming. • Experience with SQL and database technologies. • Knowledge of R, Scala, Java, or C++ is an added advantage. • Experience building scalable data pipelines and working with large-scale data processing frameworks.
