Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 38787 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - BENGALURU - BIRLASOFT OFFICE Title: GEN AI Lead Developer Description: Area(s) of responsibility Job Title: AI ML developer Experience: 6-8 Years only Location- Hyderabad/Noida Job Summary - We are seeking a AI ML Developer with a strong foundation in Generative AI (GenAI) to develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications and services. The role focuses on building scalable Python-based backends and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into real-world workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong Python development skills with hands-on experience using APIs or frameworks like OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex to create intelligent and interactive applications. Key Responsibilities: • 6-8 years of experience in software/ cloud engineering, AI, data engineering, or application development. 3+ years serving as a lead developer on enterprise projects developing and delivering cloud-native applications and services. • Experience delivering enterprise AI, or GenAI solutions into production environments. • Hands-on expertise to develop and deploy applications on Azure, including services such as App Service, Azure Functions, Container Apps, Azure AI Foundry, AKS, Storage, Key Vault, API Management, or similar components • Hands-on experience delivering GenAI solutions into production environments including prompt and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) patterns, responsible AI controls & guardrails, AI orchestration, AI/ML model lifecycle management, and secure integration of AI capabilities into analytics and enterprise applications. • Strong Python development skills. • Experience building REST APIs, microservices and implementing cloud-native applications. • Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. • Experience building containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes technologies. • BS or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
