Job description

Role • GenAI Product Lead - India Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, or Mumbai The Executive leader will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of a mid-to-large GenAI product or multiple small-to-medium-sized products. The ideal candidate will lead multiple cross-functional product and engineering teams, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This is a techno-functional leadership role requiring a strong problem solver who can drive product delivery from both engineering and functional perspectives. Responsibilities : • Design / Own Development / Lead teams for large scale software application development in AI space • Own Product / Program Management • Own High Level Design, Low Level Design for the Software application(s) • Identify problems and resolve them proactively • Understanding of multiple Technology Architectures like MEAN, MERN • Understanding of Cloud concepts – AWS, Azure • Liaise with customer, internal stakeholders to ensure project is on track • Approve Technology Architecture for the project • Approve guidelines, coding best practices, automated testing strategies (unit testing, regression testing), for the team • Ensure timely delivery, with quality • Clearly communicate status, updates and plan to project leadership
