Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage a portfolio of high net worth individuals (HNIs) and non-resident Indians (NRIs) clients, providing personalized financial solutions and services. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify their needs and preferences, ensuring timely delivery of products and services. • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to expand the client base. • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and product development to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Job Requirements : • 6-12 years of experience in retail liabilities or priority banking/preferred banking/premier/NRI banking/mutual funds sales or related fields. • Strong understanding of NRI banking regulations and products/services offered by various banks/financial institutions. • Excellent communication skills for building rapport with HNI/NRI clients; ability to understand their cultural nuances & financial goals.
