IIFL Finance Gold Appraiser (Gold Loans) Key Responsibilities: • Handle walk-in customers and explain gold loan schemes/process. • Assess gold purity and conduct accurate valuation. • Manage gold packing, storage, release, and loan closure. • Handle cash transactions for disbursal, interest collection & closure. • Update CUID/LOS and maintain branch records & registers. • Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance. • Follow up with customers for timely payments. • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the loan journey.
