Job Title; GRC Functional Consultant Experience level; 4-6 Years Location; Bangalore, Pune, Coimbatore & Hyderabad About the Role Experience Required • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Corporater BMP platform. • Proven experience working with European clients and regulatory/governance requirements. • Experience in configuring and implementing GRC solutions within low-code/no-code platforms, preferably Corporater BMP. Responsibilities • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective GRC platform configurations. • Configure and maintain GRC modules, workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, and data models. • Design and optimize BPMN processes, workflows, approvals, and notification mechanisms. • Configure role-based access controls, user permissions, and security settings. • Support platform customizations, integrations, and automation using basic coding/scripting knowledge. • Conduct testing, support UAT, deployments, and prepare functional documentation. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with governance, risk, compliance, and audit requirements. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend platform enhancements. Required Knowledge & Skills • Strong understanding of GRC processes, including Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Incident Management, and Data Privacy. • Experience defining data models and process architectures within a low-code environment. • Knowledge of BPMN process design and workflow configuration. • Understanding of scalability, security, and performance considerations in solution design. • Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical system solutions. • Familiarity with ERP process configuration (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Experience working in Agile environments and supporting end-to-end business processes.
