### **Description** We are looking for a Sr Business Analyst with 5–7 years of experience in HRT/HCM or Workforce Management (WFM) systems to join our growing HCM team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong functional understanding of HR, Benefits, Payroll and recruiting modules, along with the ability to understand customer needs, translate them into clear business requirements, and convert them into practical business use cases. This role requires someone who is comfortable stepping out of their comfort zone, learning new areas quickly, adapting to changing priorities, and working closely with stakeholders, Product Managers, customers, development, and QA teams. The candidate should be open to using AI and AI-enabled tools effectively in day-to-day work to improve productivity, analysis, documentation, and decision-making. **A Day in Life Typically Includes:** - Working with customers, stakeholders, and Product Managers to understand business problems, clarify requirements, and define expected outcomes. - Translating customer requirements into business use cases, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Applying functional knowledge of HRT/HCM or WFM systems, including HR, Benefits, Payroll, time, attendance. - Creating mock-ups, process flows, requirement summaries, and functional design documentation to help stakeholders and engineering teams align. - Preparing presentations for internal demos, knowledge transfer sessions, customer discussions, and stakeholder reviews. - Supporting development and QA teams by explaining business scenarios, validating functionality, and clarifying edge cases. - Using AI and AI tools to improve requirement analysis, documentation quality, summarization, research, productivity, and day-to-day execution. - Maintaining meeting notes, requirement decisions, action items, and follow-ups in a clear and structured manner. - Continuously learning new product areas, adapting to changing business priorities, and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities. ### **A Typical Day in the Life Includes:** - 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in HRT/HCM product environments. - Strong functional understanding of HR, Benefits, Recruiting and Payroll modules - Ability to engage with customers, stakeholders, Product Managers, development, and QA teams to clarify needs and drive requirement alignment. - Strong capability to convert customer requirements into business use cases, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. - Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum ways of working. - Proficiency in creating mock-ups, wireframes, process diagrams, and functional documentation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain business functionality clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. - Adaptability and willingness to step out of the comfort zone, learn new modules, explore unfamiliar product areas, and take ownership. - Strong understanding of AI concepts and the ability to use AI and AI-enabled tools effectively for requirement analysis, documentation, summarization, research, productivity, and day-to-day business analysis activities. - Willingness and ability to set up, explore, and adopt new AI tools, prompts, workflows, and productivity practices without waiting for detailed step-by-step instructions. - Ability to identify practical AI use cases in daily BA work, such as converting discussions into requirements, preparing use cases, creating summaries, improving documentation, analysing gaps, and supporting stakeholder communication. - “**Go getter Attitude”** ### **Basic Qualifications:** - Academics: Graduate degree; MBA or equivalent qualification in HR, Business Analytics, IT, or related discipline is preferred. - Experience: 5–7 years as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst ### **About Infor** **About Infor** Infor is where ambition meets impact.
