**About the Role** We are looking for an experienced **Digital Sourcer** with 4-5 years of proven expertise in sourcing candidates across the U.S. healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and delivering top healthcare talent through various digital platforms while supporting U.S. business hours **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs across various healthcare roles (e.g., RNs, LPNs, Allied Health, Healthcare IT, Admin staff). - Source active and passive candidates using job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), resume databases, and internal ATS. - Build pipelines of qualified candidate profiles for recurring and future positions - Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) - Stay up to date on healthcare market trends, sourcing best practices, and digital sourcing tools - Support employer branding initiatives through social media and online presence strategies **Required Skills and Experience** - 4-5 years of experience in sourcing/recruiting, specifically within the U.S. healthcare staffing industry. - Hands-on experience working U.S. shifts (EST/PST) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentialing requirements, and compliance standards in the U.S. - Proficiency in digital sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search, etc.) - Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Preferred Skills and Experience** - Prior experience in working with healthcare staffing agencies or RPOs focused on the U.S. Healthcare Market. - Understanding of U.S. healthcare terminology and licensing (RN, CNA, LPN, Allied Health, etc.) - Certifications in sourcing or recruiting (LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, AIRS, etc.) are a plus.
