**Position Title:** Executive - Strategic Sourcing **Location:** Chh. Sambhajinagar ( Aurangabad ) **Qualification** - **Mandatory:** BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering **Experience** - 05-10 years of relevant experience in **Strategic Sourcing** - Age group: 25-35 years - Gender: Male/Female **Technical / Functional Knowledge & Skills** - Strong background in **Operations, Direct Procurement, and Commodity Management** - Strong Knowledge of Zero Based Costing & Should Costing - Experience in developing supplier , component development. - Awareness of latest developments in the **mechanical industry** - Partial knowledge of Casting , Forging , Machining , Sheet Metal components - Proficiency in **SAP** and **MS Office** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exposure to presenting to executive management **Soft Skills / Behavioral Requirements** - Strong **networking ability** with internal and external stakeholders - Effective **communication skills** **Key Deliverables / Accountabilities** - Costing for new products - Develop, implement, and communicate **Commodity Strategies** ensuring best-in-class pricing - Maintain subject matter expertise on supply base, trends, and market conditions - Identify and evaluate new suppliers to meet technical and capacity requirements while optimizing cost - Collaborate with senior team to develop and maintain **Commodity & Preferred Supplier Strategies** - Demand planning and capacity mapping - Ensure supply chain flexibility, risk identification, and contingency planning - Drive cost reductions through negotiations, VAVE, alternate sourcing, leverage opportunities, multi-sourcing, design optimization, and yield improvements - Enhance supplier performance via **Score Cards** and continuous improvement initiatives - Provide support across product lifecycle from design, NPI, to production ramp-up - Benchmark sourcing processes, product quality, and cost **If interested please share resume's on:** 1.
