Dear Candidate, Greetings from Endurance Technologies Ltd.! We are pleased to invite you to apply for opportunities in our new greenfield project. We are hiring professionals for Quality roles at our Lithium-ion Batteries unit in Mindewadi MIDC, Talegaon, Pune. Positions are open from Engineer to Executive level, with preference for candidates having relevant experience in the automotive or battery industry. Open Positions Quality (9 Openings) We are seeking talented professionals across all areas of Quality Management, including QMS, InProcess Quality, Customer Quality, and Final Quality with a experience range of 4-7 Years. Key Responsibilities: • Quality Management Systems (QMS): • Establish, implement, and maintain ISO/IATFcompliant quality systems. • Prepare and review PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, and audit documentation. • Drive system improvements through internal audits and corrective actions. • InProcess Quality: • Monitor and control quality during production stages. • Conduct defect analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective/preventive actions. • Ensure adherence to process standards and errorproofing methods. • Customer Quality: • Manage customer audits, feedback, and complaint resolution using 8D methodology. • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to meet customerspecific requirements. • Ensure timely communication and documentation for customer satisfaction. • Final Quality / Supplier Quality: • Oversee incoming material inspection and supplier quality management. • Conduct final product inspection, testing (OCV, IR, capacity, safety), and release approvals. • Support supplier development initiatives and ensure compliance with quality standards. • Continuous Improvement: • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. • Apply process knowledge in cell sorting, module assembly, laser welding, and pack testing.
