We have an job opportunity with Endurance Technologies for TA role at Kalyaninagar office Location: Kalyaninagar,Pune Experience: 2-5 Years Employment Type: Contractual Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Automotive Role & responsibilities • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across manufacturing plants and corporate functions. • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and consultants. • Screen profiles, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate interview schedules. • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures. • Manage offer rollout, salary discussions, and joining coordination. • Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports. Preferred candidate profile • Experience in Non-IT hiring, preferably in Manufacturing/Automotive sectors. • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills. • Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn. • Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. Note: This position is on a third-party payroll/contractual basis and will be deployed at Endurance Technologies.
