Hiring Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Sustainability - Corporate

Job description

**Job Description:** - Coordinate with manufacturing sites to collect, monitor, and report Sustainability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against ESG goals and targets. - Support the preparation of Sustainability Report in accordance with recognized ESG reporting frameworks. - Develop, maintain, and monitor the ESG Management Information System (MIS) - Coordinate and support Greenhouse Gas (GHG) inventory preparation and carbon emissions reporting. - To Coordinate for Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) assessments and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies for products - Coordinate with manufacturing sites for ESG data collection and prepare documentation required for EcoVadis, CDP, sustainability disclosures, customer requests, and other ESG assessments. - Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to integrate sustainable sourcing practices and improve supplier sustainability performance. - Support supplier sustainability audits and monitor supplier compliance with ESG requirements. - Monitor resource consumption, including energy, water, waste, and emissions, and identify opportunities for improving environmental performance. - Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement carbon reduction strategies, energy efficiency projects, and sustainability improvement initiatives. - Promote the adoption of sustainable technologies, including renewable energy, circular economy practices, waste-to-energy solutions, and resource efficiency initiatives. - Conduct sustainability awareness programs, training sessions, and capacity-building initiatives for employees and site teams. - Prepare responses to customer sustainability questionnaires, ESG assessments, and regulatory information requests. - Monitor emerging ESG regulations, sustainability standards, and industry best practices, and support their implementation within the organization. Required /Additional skills: - Hands-on experience with Product Carbon Footprint (PCF), Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and carbon accounting methodologies. - Working knowledge of ESG frameworks and disclosure platforms, including GRI, CDP, EcoVadis, and other sustainability reporting standards. - Experience in sustainability data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting. - Certification in Sustainability related fields (example: CDP, GRI, LEED) is a plus Interested Candidates Share your resumes to Pitchireddy.t@hetero.com
