Identifying and documenting bugs, and creating and maintaining documentation for quality assurance procedures. • Skills Required: Proficiency in software testing methodologies, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of CRM systems, customer service, and data management. Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM is preferred. • Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
