**Role & responsibilities** - Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of cash flows and cash products, ensuring accurate processing of standard transactions and exercising sound discretion in dealing with clients to maintain quality service standards. - Apply a comprehensive understanding of General Accounting Principles to ensure compliance with departmental procedures and minimize risks and losses to the bank. - Foster a client-centric approach by dedicating efforts to understanding and addressing client needs, effectively resolving issues related to cash products, and providing value-added solutions. - Receive instructions from management on escalated issues to ensure adherence to best business practices and maintain operational excellence. - Embrace a continuous learning mindset by actively seeking cross-training opportunities within the unit to enhance knowledge and skills. - Demonstrate proficiency in reviewing and interpreting letters of credit, enabling effective management of cash flows and financial instruments. - Collaborate with clients, Operations, and Technology teams to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiencies. - Ensure compliance with risk management protocols and regulatory requirements to mitigate potential risks and maintain a robust control environment. **Preferred candidate profile** - Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and best practices within the Cash Operations function. - 5-7 years of relevant experience in Cash Operations or a related field - Comprehensive knowledge of General Accounting Principles and cash management processes - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and documents - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders **Shifts timings:** Operating as 24\\*7 Days **Week Off:** 2 Days Split week-off
