Store Operations • Manage end-to-end day-to-day dark store operations. • Ensure smooth order picking, packing, staging and dispatch processes. • Ensure orders are fulfilled within defined SLA/TAT. • Monitor store productivity and identify operational bottlenecks. • Ensure the store is operationally ready during peak hours and sale periods. 2. People Management • Lead, coach and manage store employees and operations/delivery support teams. • Plan manpower deployment based on business volume. • Monitor attendance, productivity and adherence to shift schedules. • Conduct daily team briefings and communicate business priorities. • Build a performance-oriented and customer-focused team culture. • Identify training needs and improve team capability. 3. Inventory Management • Ensure accurate inwarding, put-away, picking and inventory movement. • Monitor stock availability and minimize stock-outs. • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks. • Control damages, expiries, shrinkage and inventory losses. • Ensure proper storage and adherence to FIFO/FEFO principles wherever applicable. 4. Customer Experience • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. • Monitor customer complaints, cancellations, substitutions and order accuracy. • Analyse customer feedback and implement corrective actions. • Drive improvements in customer experience and service levels. 5. Business & Productivity Track and improve key store KPIs, including: • Order Fulfilment • Pick/Pack Productivity • Order Accuracy • SLA Adherence • Inventory Accuracy • Shrinkage & Losses • Stock Availability • Manpower Productivity • Customer Complaints Candidate Profile • Experience in Quick Commerce / Dark Store / E-commerce / Retail Operations preferred. • Strong experience in store operations and people management. • Good understanding of inventory management and operational KPIs. • Strong problem-solving and team-handling skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. • Willingness to work in shifts, including peak business periods.
