**Role & responsibilities** Required Skills - Strong knowledge of HCC Coding. - Proficiency in ICD-10-CM coding guidelines. - Understanding of CMS Risk Adjustment and Medicare Advantage programs. - Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems. - Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills. - Good communication and teamwork abilities. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** - Certification such as CPC, CRC, CCS, COC or Any other certification in Medical coding. - Experience in HCC coding
