Role & responsibilities Required Skills • Strong knowledge of HCC Coding. • Proficiency in ICD-10-CM coding guidelines. • Understanding of CMS Risk Adjustment and Medicare Advantage programs. • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems. • Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills. • Good communication and teamwork abilities. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications • Certification such as CPC, CRC, CCS, COC or Any other certification in Medical coding. • Experience in HCC coding
