Hiring For Relationship Manager - Micro Loan (Home Loan & LAP)

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - **Source Housing Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through DSAs, connectors, builders, and direct sourcing channels** - **Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and customers to generate consistent business opportunities** - **Achieve assigned business targets in terms of login, sanction, and disbursement** - **Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement** - **Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing of loan files** - **Conduct field visits and customer meetings for business development and relationship management** - **Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and channel partners to improve conversion ratios** - **Ensure portfolio quality by maintaining healthy sourcing practices and timely customer servicing**
