Key Responsibilities: • Conduct quality audits and provide constructive feedback to Home Health Coders. • Coach and mentor coders to improve coding accuracy and productivity. • Deliver focused training sessions based on quality findings and coding updates. • Ensure compliance with Home Health coding guidelines, OASIS documentation, and client-specific requirements. • Analyze quality trends and support continuous process improvement initiatives. • Collaborate with Team Leads and Operations to drive quality excellence. Eligibility: • 37 years of experience in Home Health Coding. • Current or previous experience as a Quality Analyst (QA). • BCHHC Certification is mandatory. • Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines, OASIS, PDGM, and Home Health documentation. • Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
