Role & responsibilities : Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, Noida, Gurugram,Coimbatore Job Description: • Design, configure, and implement OpenText PowerDocs solutions to automate generation of business documents (contracts, HR letters, correspondence, statements, etc.) from templates. • Build and maintain document templates using the PowerDocs Microsoft Word add-in, including text blocks, enclosures, business rules, nested blocks, and tables. • Integrate PowerDocs with source systems such as SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint/O365, or Salesforce to enable data-driven document generation. • Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical design documents for document automation and content management workflows. • Develop and maintain integrations, business objects, and partner system mappings between PowerDocs and enterprise applications. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document generation, template rendering, workflow automation, and system integrations. • Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization of PowerDocs implementations, including upgrades and migrations. • Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and end-user training materials. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, developers, QA, and project managers) throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide guidance and best practices to clients on document design, template optimization, and system administration. • Hands-on experience with OpenText PowerDocs (or Exstream PowerDocs) in an implementation or support capacity. • Experience building and configuring document templates using the PowerDocs Microsoft Word add-in (text blocks, rules, business objects, nested blocks). • Working knowledge of at least one integrated platform: SAP/SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft SharePoint/O365, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce.
