Position:SQL & Production Support Engineer Experience:46 Years Location: Bangalore Employment Type:Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experiencedSQL & Production Support Engineerwith strong expertise inincident management, integration layer support, and monitoring production systems usingSplunk. The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment ensuring system stability, timely issue resolution, and seamless collaboration with crossfunctional teams. Key Responsibilities: ProvideL2/L3 production supportfor businesscritical applications and integration systems. Investigate and resolve production incidents, troubleshoot issues, and perform detailedroot cause analysis (RCA). Develop, optimize, and debugSQL queries, stored procedures, and database operations. Support API/middleware/integration layer components and perform message flow analysis. UseSplunkfor log analysis, alert investigation, dashboard review, and proactive monitoring. Perform daily application health checks, data validations, and production environment monitoring. Manageincident, problem, and change managementprocesses following ITIL practices. Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for resolving complex technical issues. Support deployment activities, coordinate release validations, and manage rollbacks when needed. Prepare and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
