Location: Mumbai Experience: 27 years Role Level: Manager Industry: Banking / NBFC / Retail Assets Department: Inorganic Lending (Direct Assignment & CoLending) About the Role We are looking for a detailoriented and executionfocused Process & Governance Manager to lead operational activities across the Direct Assignment (DA) and CoLending (CLM) businesses within the Retail Assets division. The role involves managing endtoend operational workflows, ensuring governance and regulatory adherence, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving process improvements to support scalable and compliant business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Planning • Support the strategic roadmap for operational excellence across DA & CoLending. • Collaborate with business, risk, policy, finance and technology teams to align operations with business goals. • Contribute to partner onboarding, new product rollouts, and regulatory implementation. • Identify process gaps and drive automation/efficiency initiatives. 2. Policies, Processes & Governance • Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, regulatory frameworks, and partner contractual guidelines. • Handle CLMrelated queries with accurate documentation and timely resolution. • Strengthen process controls to maintain audit readiness and compliance integrity. • Conduct periodic SOP reviews and update documentation in line with regulatory changes. • Coordinate with Risk & Policy teams to address deviations and implement corrective measures. 3. Operational Execution (DA & CoLending) • Manage endtoend processes for DA & CoLending transactions. • Oversee partner onboarding, agreement execution, and documentation compliance. • Coordinate disbursement and servicing activities with partners and internal teams. • Deliver accurate MIS and periodic portfolio performance reporting. • Resolve partner queries within defined TAT and ensure service consistency. • Act as operational SPOC for NBFC/HFC partners. 4.
