This job is provided by apna.co HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition 📍 Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Job Responsibilities • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals. • Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews. • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. • Meet daily and monthly hiring targets. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in any discipline. • 6 months to 3 years of experience in recruitment (Bulk -BPO hiring preferred). • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, etc. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve hiring targets. Work Details • Working Days: 6 Days a Week • Week Off: Sunday (Fixed) • Salary: Up to ₹27,000 per month (Based on experience) • Shift: Day Shift (10-7:30 Subjected might get extended if you do not meet the target)
