Focused on innovation, automation, and sustainable mobility, Shadowfax is building the infrastructure that shapes customer experience and drives growth in modern commerce. **Role Description** The Hub Incharge (HI) role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The HI is responsible for overseeing day-to-day hub operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, dispatch planning, and timely delivery execution. This role involves managing hub staff and delivery partners, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to process, safety, and compliance standards. The HI will coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, optimize workflows, and maintain high service quality for customers and clients. The position also requires regular reporting, inventory and space management, and continuous improvement of hub productivity and cost efficiency. **Qualifications** - Strong hub operations and logistics management skills, including experience with dispatch planning, inventory handling, and process compliance. - Team leadership and people management capabilities, with experience supervising on-ground staff and delivery partners in a fast-paced environment. - Analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement operational improvements. - Proficiency in basic computer applications and logistics or warehouse management systems for reporting and data tracking. - Effective communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or extended shifts, as required by hub operations. - Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, or warehouse operations is preferred. - Graduate degree in any discipline; a specialization in supply chain, operations, or related fields is an advantage.
