Key Responsibilities • Knowledge of EHS management system (ISO45001 and ISO14001) • Performed EHS inspection of equipment, work area and work methods as per Factory Act & Various Rules. • Ensuring Safe Work Permit System, Preparation & Updating of On-site emergency plan. • Submission of Environment Statement, Hazardous Waste Annual return & Disposal of hazardous waste in secured landfill facility. • Arranging and keeping records of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) of all chemicals used in the Premises. • Organized and convened EHS Committee meeting. • Assisted to the line management in the preparation of Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) for the various tasks. • Daily report and monthly report to Top management on Environmental, Health and Safety Performance. • Managed and directed First Aid and Accident Reporting procedures. • To advice Personal Protective equipment to departments and ensuring high quality PPEs in coordination with purchase departments. • Supervision of STP/ETP System & Training to Operators. • Familiar with Ergonomics & Industrial hygiene techniques • Excel,Powerpoint,Communication • Familiar with Emergency response techniques Ideal candidate experience: • 3-5 years. DME/ B.E Mech with Diploma in Industrial Health & Safety or equivalent degree approved by State Govt Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional): Qualifications/ certifications: • ADIS Must • Any Diploma / Graduation.
