Driven by technology, automation, and sustainable mobility, Shadowfax is building modern logistics infrastructure that powers growth and shapes customer experience across India. **Role Description** The Hub Incharge role at Shadowfax is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Hub Incharge is responsible for overseeing day-to-day hub operations, including inbound and outbound shipment processing, load planning, and ensuring on-time dispatch and delivery. This role coordinates with delivery partners, drivers, and operations teams to optimize route planning, manage capacity, and maintain service-level commitments. The Hub Incharge monitors operational performance, tracks key metrics, and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety. Additional responsibilities include supervising staff, managing shift schedules, handling escalation of operational issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. **Qualifications** - Strong hub operations and logistics management skills, including experience with dispatch planning, shipment handling, and inventory or parcel flow management. - Proficiency in using operations software, dashboards, and basic data analysis tools to monitor performance, track metrics, and make data-driven decisions. - Effective people management and leadership abilities, with experience supervising teams, managing shifts, and fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment. - Solid communication and coordination skills to work with internal stakeholders, delivery partners, and clients, including the ability to manage escalations professionally. - Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, especially in high-volume, time-sensitive environments. - Knowledge of logistics processes, last-mile delivery, and regional geography around Hyderabad is preferred. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is beneficial. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or late shifts, based on hub operational requirements.
