Role & responsibilities Experience :5-12 years The Mid-Mile Operations Manager role is essential to ensure smooth, timely, and cost-effective movement of shipments between hubs, gateways, and line-haul networks. With increasing shipment volumes and complex air and surface connectivity, this role provides single-point accountability for SLA adherence, on-time connections, and proactive issue resolution. It helps reduce delays, misrouting, offloads, and re-handling costs while ensuring SOP compliance and operational control across hubs and gateways.
