Experience in HUB Management / Middle Mile / Logistics Warehouses is Mandatory Mention these details and ping me ur CV - 6361689168 Current CTC = Expected CTC = Notice Period = Total work experience = Current Location = Role Overview:- HUB Manager has the overall responsibility for planning and execution of entire Middle mile Operations & implementation of Operations SOPs. Daily responsibility included activities like management of TAT of incoming consignment and disbursal, HUB Operations and resolution of major complaint & queries. • Management of Processing of Consignments through our Hubs and timely Connection of the load in the Scheduled Routes. • Management of Load Processing Variance • Process Adherence • Timely Connection of Load as per Scheduled Cut-Offs • Resolution of Queries • Team management. • Improve processes, policies, and practices so as to achieve companys goals and ensure regional hubs adhere to company-wide laid down rules and guidelines • Excellent Leadership skills to keep their employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions • Good Decision making skills/ability that affect the company • Help improve the efficiency of support services and also ensure free flowing communication amongst the stakeholders • Work hand-in- hand with top management in order to develop and implement new plans/ideas that will enhance the operations of the company at large • Timely Evaluating performance • Responsible for overall performance of Middle mile • Ability to Analyze and think strategically • Must have customer service skills and be able to maintain a consistent, high level Of service
