Roles and Responsibilities : • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth, focusing on talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning. • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive organizational change initiatives, including digital transformation projects. • Design and deliver capability-building programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities in line with business objectives. • Provide expert advice on people management best practices to ensure effective leadership development, performance management, and engagement. Job Requirements : • 10-15 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role within the Technology Organisation. • Proven track record of success in developing high-performing teams through talent development initiatives such as coaching, mentoring, or training programs. • Strong understanding of organization design principles and ability to apply them effectively for optimal business outcomes. • Excellent business partnering skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels across the organization.
