Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 37951 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - PUNE - BIRLASOFT OFFICE - HINJAWADI Title: Infor CSI Functional Consultant Description: Area(s) of responsibility • Lead requirement gathering workshops, analyze business processes, and translate customer requirements into Infor CSI functional solutions aligned with industry best practices. • Configure and implement Infor CSI modules across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Service, Inventory, Planning, and Finance functions. • Perform business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and recommend process improvements to optimize operational efficiency and system utilization. • Facilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRP), prototype demonstrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and stakeholder sign-offs throughout the project lifecycle. • Develop functional design documents, configuration specifications, process flows, test scripts, training materials, and end-user documentation. • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, extensions, workflows, and data migration activities, ensuring alignment with business requirements. • Support data migration strategy, master data validation, issue resolution, go-live preparation, hypercare, and post-implementation support activities. • Provide domain expertise in manufacturing environments and contribute to solution design, continuous improvement initiatives, cloud upgrades, and digital transformation programs.
