Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 37948 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - PUNE - BIRLASOFT OFFICE - HINJAWADI Title: Infor LN Functional Consultant Description: Area(s) of responsibility Infor LN Functional Consultant – Job Description • Lead business requirement gathering workshops and translate customer needs into scalable Infor LN solutions aligned with industry best practices. • Configure and implement Infor LN modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, Sales, Service, and Projects. • Conduct business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and recommend process optimization initiatives. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions, prepare functional specifications, and support system architecture decisions. • Execute Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and facilitate stakeholder sign-offs. • Develop functional design documents, process flows, training materials, test scripts, SOPs, and knowledge transfer documentation. • Support data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning for successful deployments. • Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, hypercare, continuous improvement recommendations, and support cloud migration or upgrade initiatives.
