Job Role - Manager - IT Location - Bengaluru Required Qualifications & Skills: ● Experience: 6+ years of relevant IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. ● Technical Depth: Deep expertise in managing enterprise SaaS stacks (Google Workspace, Atlassian ,Slack, Freshservice) and device management/MDM via ManageEngine. ● Industry Context: Relevant experience in Financial Institutions is highly desirable. ● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT. ● Behavioral: A " Builder Culture" mindset—willing to solve problems with a mindset to automate repetitive tasks. Exposure to scripting would be an added advantage. ● Communication: Ability to explain complex technical subjects to non-technical stakeholders in simple business terms.
