Role: Business Analyst-Health Insurance Experience-3-6 Years Location: Kolkata/ Mumbai Skillset: Business Analysis Heath Insurance Health Insurance Domain Knowledge (India and Global) Experience with core insurance platforms Knowledge of IRDAI and international health insurance regulations Responsibilities: Technical • Proficiency with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and process modeling tools • Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills • Expertise in Word, excel, powerpoint. Functional • Experience in solution and system design • Exposure to core insurance platforms, digital channels, and integrations • Competency for detailed Requirement Analysis . Domain • More than 3 years of Business Analysis experience in Health Insurance • In-depth Knowledge in Health Insurance • At least 3 years of experience in health insurance operations like claim, policy administration
