Your role involves identifying customer needs, providing financial and insurance solutions, and ensuring superior customer service. You will also monitor team performance, provide regular training and support, and maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies. This is a full-time on-site role based in Jodhpur, India. **Qualifications** - Proven expertise in Insurance Sales and in-depth knowledge of the Insurance industry - Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to understand client needs - Background in Finance with the ability to provide financial advisory and solutions - Proficiency in Team Management and leadership to guide and motivate sales professionals - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets consistently - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred - Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is advantageous
