Intellectual Property Rights Specialist - API Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive patent searches and prepare patent landscape for APIs (synthetic & peptides), formulations. • Perform FTO and Non-infringement analyses for API products (Synthetic & Peptides) under development. • Provide IP inputs and support portfolio and business teams in product selection and commercialization. • Identify opportunities and risks relating to product development and commercialization. • Support to patent oppositions, revocations, and litigation matters. • Analyze litigation risks and prepare technical and legal inputs, Provide legal and technical opinions. • Address customer and partner IP-related queries. Qualifications: • Master's Degree in Organic Chemistry / M. Pharm/Pharmaceutical Sciences • Registered Patent Agent preferred. • Additional qualification in IP Law (PG Diploma/LLB) desirable. Experience: • 5–10 years of experience in Intellectual Property management within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries. • Hands-on experience in Patent searches, Patent landscape studies for (APIs &formulations), FTO analysis/ Non-infringement analyses, Patentability assessments , Litigation support.
