**Intellectual Property Rights Specialist - API** **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct comprehensive patent searches and prepare patent landscape for APIs (synthetic & peptides), formulations. - Perform FTO and Non-infringement analyses for API products (Synthetic & Peptides) under development. - Provide IP inputs and support portfolio and business teams in product selection and commercialization. - Identify opportunities and risks relating to product development and commercialization. - Support to patent oppositions, revocations, and litigation matters. - Analyze litigation risks and prepare technical and legal inputs, Provide legal and technical opinions. - Address customer and partner IP-related queries. **Qualifications:** - Master's Degree in Organic Chemistry / M. Pharm/Pharmaceutical Sciences - Registered Patent Agent preferred. - Additional qualification in IP Law (PG Diploma/LLB) desirable. **Experience:** - 5–10 years of experience in Intellectual Property management within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries. - Hands-on experience in Patent searches, Patent landscape studies for (APIs &formulations), FTO analysis/ Non-infringement analyses, Patentability assessments **,** Litigation support.
