Job description

Should Have Experience In ▪Litigation – Consumer; IPR; Property; Recovery etc.., ▪External Lawyers – Co-ordination with external counsels ▪Case Management – Management Reporting; Feedback from concerned business teams etc., • Contract Management - Drafting; Reviewing and Negotiating Contracts • Should be well versed with Customs related laws and DRI related investigation • Should be well versed in laws and regulations and should be able to tender opinion/advice on day to day basis, related to manufacturing and Sales related issues • Should be self-motivated and willing to take on additional responsibilities. • Should be able to speak English and local language fluently. • Should be hard working and willing to travel on short notice. • Should be ready and willing to relocate to any part in India. customs litigation experience, consumer litigation, self motivate, flexible approach
