Introduction: The ‘Intern – Customer Service’ will be responsible for various report generation, back-end processing, queue monitoring, ad-hoc requests etc. in addition to handling basic order management tasks. (KPIs: Accuracy, Processing within the stipulated TAT) Your Job: • Running, extracting, triaging, and sharing reports in regular intervals • Preparing presentation decks • Monitoring email alerts, case queues and informing/following-up with the required team members. • Supporting ad-hoc requests • Responding to customer emails • Entering various information in CRM/ERP, which may include purchase orders, pricing, quote, ship methods etc. • Monitoring the customer's backlog in ERP • Managing contact set up and subscription. • New Order Entry - including PI, PO, OU, B2B set up. • Working on Change Order - CRD date, ship to address, forwarder, part conversion • Ensuring that GLOBALFOUNDRIES policies, legal regulations and audit requirements are met and maintained. • Participating in internal system upgrades and enhancements for continuous improvement programs through automation and process streamlining to achieve excellence. • Providing supporting documents to auditors to ensure compliance. • Performing all activities in a safe and responsible manner and supporting all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs Required Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s Degree • Language: Great command over English (Oral and Written) Must have Traits: • Passionate about serving customers. • Expert level knowledge of MS Office Suite • Accuracy in preparing & reporting data/numbers. • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. • Out of the box thinking<
