Job description

Roles & Responbilities: • Deliver expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for Intune-managed Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices, including device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, security settings, app protection, and app configuration policies. • Administer and optimize SCCM deployments: build and manage task sequences, integrate SCCM with Intune, handle patch management, and deploy OS images. • Implement and support Windows Autopilot for streamlined provisioning and deployment of devices, ensuring seamless co-management. • Configure and maintain Enrollment Status Page (ESP) to monitor and control device enrollment progress, ensuring compliance and readiness for user access during initial setup of Windows devices managed by Intune.
