Role & responsibilities Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have\\\\ • Minimum 6 years of experience as primary Intune admin in an enterprise environment • Experience with packaging and deploying Apple and Android applications using Microsoft Intune • Experience with the configuration and deployment of MDM policies using Intune. • Experience with advanced Windows policy and configuration management using Microsoft Intune • Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune solutions to support device management and group level security requirements • Advanced experience using Azure components, including Azure AD and Microsoft EMS and OMS Azure components • Knowledge of PowerShell, and other endpoint automation and scripting languages • Creating and maintaining Intune policies for security, compliance, and configuration • Configure and deploy Intune policies for device management, application management, and security • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Intune and endpoint management. • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Intune with other systems • Enforcing security policies and ensuring compliance with industry standards • Coach, mentor and develop less experienced engineers and analysts. • Experience managing minimum 5,000+ devices across globally distributed locations (required) Good-to-Have • M365 Certification preferred SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role • 1 • Good understanding of overall Microsoft platform • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and related technologies. • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks. • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM). • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including VPN, DNS, and DHCP. • Understanding of security protocols and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). • Experience with cloud services and platforms, particularly Microsoft 365 and Azure. • Familiarity with other endpoint management tools (e.g., Jamf, VMware Workspace ONE). • Ability to analyze and interpret system logs and performance data. • Experience with Microsoft Defender, Device Guard, etc Preferred candidate profile
