Zepto is revolutionizing rapid commerce in India, delivering 45,000+ products across 50+ cities. **Role Details** - **Designation:** Manager I/II - Inventory Manager - **Department:** City Operations **Who We Are Looking For** - **Experience:** 2 to 4 years in First-mile Operations & Inventory Management. - **Education:** Graduate / Postgraduate. - **Core Skills:** Advanced Excel, Warehouse/SCM operations experience, and Inventory Analysis. - **Traits:** We want customer-obsessed owners with endless curiosity who thrive in fast-paced environments. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee stock accuracy, inward/outward movement, and overall inventory health across hubs and dark stores. - Control damage and shrinkage, managing space, slotting, and inventory holding plans. - Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely replenishment and system compliance. - Provide hourly inventory reports and ensure day-to-day operations are managed within SLAs. - Drive cost savings by focusing on Visibility, Variability, and Velocity. - Take end-to-end responsibility for facility inventory operations, interfacing cross-functionally with Customer Support, 3PLs, and Fulfillment Centers. **Why Join Us?** This is a high-impact role with direct P&L implications.
