Role Details • Designation: Manager I/II - Inventory Manager • Department: City Operations Who We Are Looking For • Experience: 2 to 4 years in First-mile Operations & Inventory Management. • Education: Graduate / Postgraduate. • Core Skills: Advanced Excel, Warehouse/SCM operations experience, and Inventory Analysis. • Traits: We want customer-obsessed owners with endless curiosity who thrive in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities • Oversee stock accuracy, inward/outward movement, and overall inventory health across hubs and dark stores. • Control damage and shrinkage, managing space, slotting, and inventory holding plans. • Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely replenishment and system compliance. • Provide hourly inventory reports and ensure day-to-day operations are managed within SLAs. • Drive cost savings by focusing on Visibility, Variability, and Velocity. • Take end-to-end responsibility for facility inventory operations, interfacing cross-functionally with Customer Support, 3PLs, and Fulfillment Centers.
