Roles and Responsibilities : • Conduct IT audits to identify areas of improvement in processes, systems, and controls. • Develop and implement corrective actions plans to address identified risks and vulnerabilities. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of governance policies and procedures. • Provide training programs on process quality, compliance, and best practices. Job Requirements : • 8-25 years of experience in IT Audit Lead role or similar position. • Strong understanding of ITIL framework for service desk operations. • Experience in conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and developing corrective action plans.
