Job description
Role & responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Lead with 810 years of expertise in designing and developing scalable, high-performance backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, drive technical design, enforce coding best practices, and ensure timely project delivery. Strong experience with REST APIs, databases, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies is required. Excellent problem-solving, mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills are essential for this role.
