Role & responsibilities Job Title: Java GCP Developer Experience: 6-10 Years Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary Coforge is looking for a talented Java GCP Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud-native applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot. • Build and maintain Microservices-based architecture. • Develop and consume RESTful APIs. • Design, deploy, and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Work with GCP services such as GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage. • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools. • Collaborate with business, QA, DevOps, and support teams. • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. • Follow Agile development methodologies and coding best practices. Required Skills • Strong experience in Java 8/11/17. • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices. • REST API development. • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Knowledge of GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Storage. • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. • CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps. • Git/Bitbucket version control.
