Role SummaryThe Assistant Manager HR will support Organizational Development (OD) initiatives, focusing on competency mapping, employee engagement, DEI integration, and data-driven insights. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder coordination, and expertise in MIS reporting to drive strategic HR initiatives Key Responsibilities • Competency & Skill Mapping • Support skill mapping initiatives by aligning roles with required competencies. • Assist in RSC tagging, data validation, and maintenance within SkillPrism and related platforms. • Contribute to building and refining competency frameworks across functions. • Employee Engagement (EES) • Assist in administration and analysis of Employee Engagement Survey results. • Develop dashboards, track action plans, and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders. • Support reporting and insights to enhance employee experience. • Great Place to Work (GPTW) Initiatives • Coordinate data collation, documentation, and audit support for GPTW submissions. • Assist in internal communication campaigns and engagement initiatives. • Ensure timely readiness for surveys and certification processes. • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) • Support integration of DEI metrics into OD programs and frameworks. • Track participation and outcomes to ensure accurate reporting of DEI initiatives. • Assist in driving awareness and inclusion programs across the organization. • MIS & Reporting • Prepare and manage MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across HR systems. • Provide analytical insights to support decision-making. • Stakeholder Management • Collaborate with HR teams, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders. • Ensure effective communication and coordination for project execution and follow-ups. • Strong MIS and reporting expertise • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Exposure to DEI frameworks and initiatives • Effective stakeholder engagement and coordination Preferred Skills • Experience in competency mapping and skill frameworks • Familiarity with HR analytics tools and dashboards Experience & Qualifications • 5.5 9.5 years of relevant HR experience (OD / Talent Management / HR Analytics) • Experience in large/matrix organizations preferred • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred Connect with VRINDA GUPTA for more insightsEmail - vrinda.gupta@coforge.comLinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/vriiindaa/
