Java L2 Support

Job description

• Provide L2 production/application support for Java-based enterprise applications. • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues within defined SLAs. • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and recurring production problems. • Monitor application health, logs, and system performance. • Debug Java applications to identify code-level and configuration-related issues. • Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. • Coordinate with L3/Development teams for code fixes and deployments. • Participate in incident management, problem management, and change management activities. • Support production releases, deployment validation, and post-release monitoring. • Create and maintain support documentation, KB articles, and SOPs.
